POSITION: DESSERTS CHEF, BAKERY MAN , PASTRIES CHEF
DESCRIPTION:
- Practical experience in bakery at least 3 years.
- Seasoned hand in making all sweets products, prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, crepes, waffles, bread etc. Following traditional and modern recipes.
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
- Proven experience, Skills and qualification.
- Great attention to detail and creativity.
- Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations(pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry - making, baking, or relevant field.
- Accommodation provided.
- 8 hours duty.
