 POSITION: FACTORY SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production co-workers in the wood factory to ensure smooth production of product in the location in required time frame.
• Looking for person having experience in manufacturing business (similar business will be advantage).
• Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment with Two years in a leadership role or five plus years in management/supervisory position with Two years in a manufacturing facility.
• Education Qualification B.E/B.TECH (or) Diploma.
• Responsible to lead team, train, motivate and develop co-workers in their jobs.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw productions or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
• Ensure inspection of materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Manage production with minimum waste and quality errors.
• Timely investigate and complete a thorough accident investigation report with corrective action input and have an action plan developed to correct safety issues. This includes taking the injured employee to receive the proper medical attention.
• Enforce safety procedures and policies and ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure co-workers are following safety rules and are demonstrating safe working behaviour.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Salary will be 400 RO Basic Salary + 100 RO Housing Allowance.

TERMS &CONDITIONS:

• The employment contract will be for Two years and recruited personnel will be on probation for Three months and will be confirmed on successful completion of probationary period.
• The company will provide full air ticket for annual leave of 30 days in a year.
