(POSITION - IT MANAGER)

Job Description:

· Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.

· Qualification:  Bachelor’s in Information Technology or its equivalent.

· Manage daily operations of the IT department.

· Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.

· Work with Coordinator to secure and manage current and previous data. As well as organize and sort folders and such.

· Create and develop simple windows applications (e.g., forms to add new employees).

· Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

· Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Exchange, Flow…etc.).

· Cloud Storage experience.

· Microsoft Windows Server.

· Computer Hardware and software expert (build, repair, and maintain company’s PCs).

· Knowledge in Java and Swift for Mobile App development for side projects.

· Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and such.

· A logical thinker.

· Knowledge in Java and Swift a plus.

· Industry certifications and memberships a plus.
