ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Locate and appraise marketable properties and compile listings of available rental and for sale properties.
Approach potential clients with the aim of winning new business and strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Present products and services to customers, and display and explain features of properties to prospective buyers/tenants in a structured professional way.
Plan and conduct advertising and promotional activities.
Provide clients with quotations and create detailed proposal documents.
Discuss and negotiate terms of business agreements & contracts, and close deals.
Conduct title searches to ascertain that offered properties are free from liens or conflicting claims of ownership.Investigate clients’ financial and credit status to determine their eligibility for financing.
Conduct property condition inspections and arranges for or notify owners of necessary per-rental/per-sale maintenance.
Respond to clients’ inquires regarding work under construction, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Prepare and oversee the signing of real estate contracts, agreements, and deeds.
Act as a property manager and resolve any issues that arise with clients’ properties.
Provide accurate and timely business sales forecasts and activity reports.
BACHELOR DEGREE IN ANY DISCIPLINE.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
PROVEN KNOWLEDGE IN MS OFFICE.
MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE FIELD.
