WANTED FOR VFS GLOBAL – SAUDI ARABIA
Job Nature: Manage end to end operations of the Visa Application Centers (VACs) whilst ensuring quality and cost saving; ensure compliance to the set processes and manager people to bring the best efficiency out of them. Ensure implementation of new process roll outs or changes
Key Interactions to do: Externally with Travel Agents / Applicants, Courier Services, Vendors & Consultants & Internally with Departments within VFS Global, VAS Team, Regional Operations Team, IT, HR & Other Support Functions
Education: Post Graduate
Experience Required: 3 TO 5 years’ experience in Travel & Tourism Industry or Service Industry
Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & Good Typing Speed
Language Proficiency: English & Hindi - Ability to read write and speak in both the languages any other global language knowledge added advantage
Salary & Benefits: Salary: SAR 2000 - SAR 2500 Food Accommodation & Transportation provided
