1• CA/ICWA/MBA Finance from a reputed University.
2• 10 years of experience in Trading, Contracting Companies.
3• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
4• Reporting on factors influencing business performance.
5• Managing Company’s financing account, monitoring and reporting systems.
6• Arranging new sources of finance for the company’s debt facilities.
7• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly represent key issues and recommended actions.
8• Develop external relationship with appropriate contacts, eg.Bankers, Auditors, etc,
9• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and forecasting future trends.
10• Providing accurate financials reports to specific deadlines.
