Job Responsibilities:
•Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedule and completion for landscape irrigation systems.
•Design, construction, installation and operation management of irrigation, drawing network systems.
•Conduct pre-tender site visit, prepare the minute of site visit, technical clarifications and preparation of tender documents.
•Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities and take the corrective action.
•Monitor the projects progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to take appropriate action to catch the delay.
•Evaluate the variation orders and monthly progress claims.
•Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints.
•Prepare the update and prepare/generate reports on maintenance work in coordination with MEP section.
•Maintain the stock of repair parts to ensure appropriate maintenance of irrigation system.
•Supervise, coordinate all activities of third party contractor's irrigation staff, installation of lines and utilizing the irrigation systems, follow appropriate safety and security guidelines at all times.
