Principal Civil Engineers
Experience: Minimum 8 years (Project and Design Experience from EPC Mega Project)
Job Description:
The Candidate should have proven experience and knowledge for the responsibility of Civil & Structure l Principal Engineer. She/He will be responsible to Supervise the Civil & Structure Engineering activities including design criteria, material selection and Building and Structure sizing in compliance with codes and standards. Capable of leading a team of engineers/specialists/designers. Work with clients to determine work scope requirements.
In addition to this, She/He should be able to train the team members and communicate project objectives to them. She/He should also be able to perform quality control checks. She/He should also be able to oversee the Design, ensure the coordination with other engineering disciplines, and construction processes. She/He should have strong communication and negotiation skills to help her/him when dealing with others.
As a Principal Civil & Structure Engineer, She/He should have complete knowledge of various engineering principles and techniques. Furthermore, She/He should also hold a valid Civil & Structure engineering Diploma. He should also possess quick decision-making skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. A candidate with the knowledge of recent advancements in the Civil & Structure engineering field is required.
