- 6 or more years of experience at a process engineering role, Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering demonstrate experience of the design of water treatment process plant preferably including membrane systems technologies which should include reverse osmosis.
- Experience in managing technology and operations portfolio in manufacturing environment and commissioning, operation and/or troubleshooting of membrane- based process plants.
- A strong working knowledge of process control and instrumentation and the ability to develop plant process control philosophies.
- Must be hands-on, practical approach, organized, confident; ability to articulate effectively with both colleagues and clients plus high level of motivation, good interpersonal skills and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude are essential.
- The ability when required, to work unsupervised on own initiative and / or to collaborate effectively as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- Experience of and comfort with the travel requirements in international / overseas projects.
Job responsibilities –
- He is responsible for the development of technical resources and building of capabilities needed to support the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
- Full knowledge on ultrafiltration units, multimedia filters, softeners etc.
- Able design RO plant with available software (ROSA / WAVE) etc. Able to read the projection reports.
- Able to analyze the problems occurred during and after commissioning. With quick solutions able to run the plants effectively.
- Full knowledge on pump operations / maintenance and selection based on the RO design.
- Prepare technical specifications for plant, issues for enquiry, liaise with vendors, monitor progress of orders placed and inspect/test as necessary.
- Support site activities which may include commissioning and operational support, problem solving and the preparation of operational procedures/manuals.
- Capable of Developing/Engineering complete process, product specific tools and production lines for new products.
- Take the lead in directing and delegating resources to meet cost targets, productivity and coordinate with internal project engineering/management team for production.
- Working with R&D team to develop/enhance the membrane products/systems.
- Develop/Integrate an aggressive risk avoidance program when engineering new products.
- Take piloting role focusing on design/engineering on membrane products/systems.
Plumbing Technician for Fire Suppression System
Salary : KD 120- 150
Qualifications: ITI with minimum
3-5 Years’ Experience
Education – ITI in Fitter / Electrical or equivalent
Required : 5 Nos.
Experience :–
- 3 or more years of experience in fire suppression system like, FM200, Foam / Deluge system and kitchen fire suppression systems.
- A strong working knowledge of GI piping, electrical works and detectors.
- Good knowledge on addressable fire controls with detectors and related configurations.
- Good knowledge on conventional fire controllers with its programming and settings with detectors.
- Ability to read drawings and make BOQ.
Job responsibilities –
The Technician is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following
- Read drawings and make bill of materials in coordination with his engineer.
- Confirm the materials for its quality and quantity before taking it to the site.
- Coordinate with site engineer for installations / safety and locations for the equipment to be placed if not located in drawings.
- Pre fabricate the piping before hanging on the roof / walls for easy and fast works.
- Make sure all the piping are well painted as per country / authority standards.
- Prepare the daily work progress report for his superior and inform any abnormalities if any without any delay.
- Complete the assigned task of installation and start preparation for the commissioning.
- Coordinate with site engineer for final commissioning and handing over.
- Fill the final service report after commissioning and get the site engineer signature.
- Remove all extra materials if any from the work place and keep the site clean.
- Explain to the client for safe operation of the system prior to commissioning.
- Submit the service report to his superior for further procedure

Store Keepers
Required : 8 Nos.

Duties and responsibilities
· Reviews daily inventory activity; maintains accurate inventory master files, manufacturer and item numbers, minimums and material descriptions.
· Maintains adequate levels of inventory stock of all critical spare parts for each machine
· Prepares re-order reports with quantities required for inventory stock and forwards to Purchase department for ordering.
· Supervises Physical Inventory Count. Provides proper accounting for year-end stock taking and proper accounting to General Ledger.
· Reviews Delivery records, monitor GRN, file until invoice is received.
· Reconciles invoices with correct GRN, then forwards both to accounts for payments.
· Work closely with Purchase department and vendor for quick delivery and services
· Issues supplies, materials and equipment to required department employees.
· Receives delivered supplies, materials and equipment from suppliers as well as re-stocks and inspects items returned into inventory.
· Organizes and maintains storage and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labelling/tagging, stocking and organizing stock items on shelving.
· Works closely with maintenance and production department to understand various requirements of parts and consumables.
· Organize the spare parts inventory / stock storage and re-order procedures. Health and safety

Qualification
· Graduate in any field or equivalent with Diploma in Material Management.
· 3-5 years’ experience handling procurement, purchasing, and inventory, preferably in a large Manufacturing organization Familiar with construction chemical supplies materials, water pumps, water filters, water heaters, valves garage equipment’s, Power Tools, firefighting & HVAC pumps, air condition equipment
· Materials Management process, Inventory management, store keeping.
· Practical knowledge in using Word and Excel, use of Outlook, Should have worked in any ERP – Oracle and familiar with Warehouse Management System as well.
Swimming Pool Technicians
Required - 05 nos.
Salary : KD 120 - 140
- Have Knowledge about the component of swimming pool system ( Pump , Filter , Heater , Piping )
- Have Knowledge about cleaning swimming pool and how to test chemical.
- Have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Able to write technical report.
- Good English speaking and writing.
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in relevant field.
